Planned ERC-3643 Security Token
United Properties TRU™ is planning a future ERC-3643 Security Token program. Any future token may serve as a digital representation of the same underlying Limited Partnership Interest — it is not a separate investment product. The SAFT offering terms and smart-contract system are not yet finalized.
ERC-3643 Standard
A permissioned token standard that enforces compliance rules on-chain — only KYC-verified, whitelisted wallets can hold or transfer tokens.
Digital Representation
Any future token may serve as a digital representation of an underlying Limited Partnership Interest — not a separate asset.
Compliance-First
Transfer restrictions and eligibility rules are enforced at the smart-contract level — not bolted on afterward in the UI.
Testnet Before Mainnet
Full testing on a public testnet is required before any token contract is deployed to mainnet. No shortcuts on security.
